their success really came from the dual threat of the ingram/kamara duo. little more stress on 39 year old drew brees. there were games where drew threw like 20 times total in an entire game last year saving his arm for when he needed it.

Tfw you remember no team has ever done less with one of the GOAT QBs. Drew Brees' greatness has been squandered like no other player in history. The Saints have only managed the playoffs in 50% of Brees' career with the team, and even in a year where he won OPOY, they didn't even spur up a winning record. If it wasn't for an insane onside kick, he would be going down with Marino as the best QB to never win a Superbowl. Overall, pitiful on the organization's behalf.
