Former WOH and ROH valet Taeler Hendrix went on twitter and accused Jay Lethal of having her removed from ROH TV after she refused to sleep with him.

On one hand, Jay Lethal is the guy who tried to shame AJ Lee by telling CM Punk he had sex with her first. On the other hand, Taeler Hendrix has a history of burning every bridge possible. So who knows.

I think the undead bridesmaid of honor who tagged with Su Yung might have been Seleziya Sparx. If anyone remembers her, she was in the House of Truth in ROH for a while (the incarnation with Jay Lethal) until she had issues with her visa and couldn't go to the US anymore. This taping is in Windsor so I really do think it may have been her.

Omega finally beat the greatest current day champion, he got to do (in a way) a cross promotion event with New Day, and Mark Cuban just did an interview with Sports Illustrated where he stated (paraphrasing) he's all in on NJPW. It would seem like a good time to get a little more exposure in the US while they can. Maybe gauge interest and see how sales and what not goes. Could lead to a US tour next year? We'll have to wait and see.

Yeah, I get all that stuff on the business end, but my issue is more about it being a busy time of the year. Destruction last year had that thrilling trilogy of 3-way tag team title matches. Putting this show in that crowded slate worried me that they'd be setting up repeat matches in advance or not being able to promote/build things. The more I think about it, the less concerned I am about it.

1. Cow Palace card tonight is way stronger than anything they've done in the US before. I don't know if any of this is related to their failure to promote the event and the pace of ticket sales.
2. Take away the US title tournament last year and the two key tag matches in the spring and the Long Beach shows haven't really been supercards.
3. Put Golden Elite vs. Kenny's Opponent + 3 of his friends, G1 winner vs. his KoPW opponent in another tag, and I guess a US title match just because, and you're good. Everything else can be "Road to" stuff.

I don't know if Kevin Kelly will record his own commentary. I think I've read that he had after the fact for at least one show that people had to suffer through JR, but I'm not sure.

Tag Title match was good. Hiromu/Dragon Lee is about to start. The rest has been ok, but nothing to sing about.

With no Fale on the card, I thought there was no way they'd do anything important. At most I thought they'd reconcile with Cody or kick him out, not this.

Cody's part was expected, but what do the Tongans do? This is why Fale is getting in shape, boys! He's going to win the G1!!!

Also, pretty shocked by Juice winning, even though I thought he had a shot to win last year (or NJC this year). The broken hand thing going into G1 is an issue, but he's so over that it doesn't matter and Jay White was such an asshole to contrast him. Really happy for Juice! More importantly, there are ZERO champions in A Block for G1. Like many, I was expecting Okada to win the tournament anyway, but this is hilarious because those suckers in that block don't even get to beat champions during the round robin phase. Oof.

Non-title matches were inoffensive and/or fun.

Title matches were all pretty different and good in their own ways. Definitely worth a look. Just try to mentally tune out commentary and you can do it.
