I too did a double take at this. I can only chalk it up to doctors orders to stop eating medium rare or less if he doesn’t want another few inches of intestines removed.

WWE has too many people with serious injuries and illnesses a year. I personally am glad that the champ takes care of his body by not eating undercooked food and his mind by not going insane watching Raw. On top of that, we got to learn plenty about his interests and hobbies. Sounds like they were grooming him as the top face throughout it all.

The whole ending of that episode was just bizarre. Starting with not having even some sort of Braun tease when Angle had been crying all night how the actual star of the episode had to be in the ring itself. I'm not saying they should have had a cash-in, or even have them come face to face. There's a certain guy there that desperately does NOT want Braun to cash in before Summerslam who was told that it's Braun's to do what he wants with until then. Heyman then grinning ear to ear when Brock's music hit and he came out. Was that supposed to be some swerve that made no sense, but made even less sense with it not happening? I know that they're trying to plant seeds that they will split, but it just felt odd in and out of kayfabe.
