Tama over Ibushi, Yano over Omega, Naito over Sanada, so yes... Naito can make the finals so long as Omega doesn't win. I'm actually sort of surprised by this, even though it's the same point values I thought those 3 would be on towards the start of the tournament.
In the past, they've had it where two have run away with the block going into the final night, and A Block does have a (different) 3-way scenario going into it. I guess I'm also reminded of B Block when Omega won. I swear there were 4 or 5 guys in contention when they got to the final night, though by the time it got to the final match, it was Omega needs a win, or Naito moves on only. That's probably going to be the scenario in A with Okada in Omega's spot, but I hope to be wrong on that.
Tama I guess needed some notable win, so you have to double down and have Omega lose, but blech. Whatever. I also thought that Sanada beating Naito wasn't completely unreasonable even though he'd be the only one in the "big 4" not in contention going into the final nights of the block.
Budokan shows should rule anyway, at least the later portions of them.
