One thing to note on the remote raiding (more an issue of raiding in general) is that that the lobby numbers shown may be a private lobby. So if you jump into the public, it might be empty. Personally I find that there almost nobody is raiding the gyms near me which is unfortunate. Hopefully this will change when Virizion is live.

Niantic announced that Wednesday night raid hour is back this week with Giratina, they encourage everyone to use remote passes.

Cockblocked on Johto quest early on by gen 1 only having a single family of ghost types. of course gen 2 ain't any better, but at least I seem to see Misdreavus before this event started.

Giratina will count if you can do T5 raids. Litwick is also a possible reward in GBL. Or you might be lucky to have a Gastly encounter tucked away in your research reward stack.

Same here lol, just finished it up, was super easy.

Got a shiny Totodile in the wild and my Ho-oh ended up being shiny too

Cycled through all the snubull quests once and got 2 shiniest to add to the one I already had. You can go through all the quests again, but I don't think I'll try very hard to. Happy with what I got.

I'm stuck on getting a fire pokemon +_+. Haven't even seen a single Torchic yet

Also, apparently Groudon is the legendary at the end which is lame. Mainly because I got 2 a while ago when it was the weekly research reward (along with the 3 birds and Kyogre, the last of which I didn't get +_+)

Cresselia(sp) is the next reward and if you've finished all quests I guess you unlock another challenge which genesect as reward.

Is that for the Hoenn throwback? I've only read Groudon online but Cresselia would be a very welcome change

The Groudon you get at the end will have the special move Fire Punch which is a HUGE boost to Groudon in master league PvP. But if you already have a better one than the one you get at the end of the research you can put Fire Punch on it with an Elite Charger TM.

If you can wait for the Tuesday spotlight hour this week before you claim Groudon you can get double catch candy.
