When Boba started bustin helmets, I thought for sure he was gonna see some clone trooper faces. Though now that I think about it, I guess he would already know about them... Did he know what they were being made for? I haven't see Clone Wars or Rebels or w/e.

Nah they started conscripting orphans and the like into the empire, that's how we get people like Finn in the new trilogy. Clone troopers went out of service, but idk if they're all dead or just spread out in hiding.

Din's message to Moff Gideon in the episode was just pure awesome. Exact same line Gideon said to him at the climax of Season 1. He not only earned himself a death mark for participating in the night of a thousand tears...but to kidnap a foundling and Din's son at that. Sent shivers down my spine. Gideon didn't have the usual smug look either. He destroyed the Razercrest, and thought he was stranded. To be sent this message...yeah, I would think he is worried a little. I would be for sure.

So how many seasons do you think this will go on for? Will Disney cap it after season 3 so it follows the trilogy formula where the protagonist comes out on top in seasons 1&3 and the antagonist is victorious in season 2? Or do you see it running for 5 seasons?

According to Giancarlo Esposito (Moff Gideon), he made a statement about seasons 3 & 4. So there's the possibility of that many at least. It's nothing "official" but I haven't ever really seen him talk out of his ass.

I just want more of him as a baddy. He's got so much swagger in those roles. I wish he had more screen time this season, but perhaps it's on the horizon.

Well. The fact that disney announced like 10 new Star Wars TV shows and none of them were a Boba Fett show leads me to believe Boba ain’t gonna survive the finale or otherwise be written off.

Or someone(Filoni most likely) is smart enough to realize that less is more with Boba. At the very least I'd expect him to be around long enough to take part in the big climatic event that the three shows are supposed to lead to.

With Filoni and Jon pulling stuff from the EU and such in addition to Clone Wars... I would HOPE he would have Boba go back to Mandalore and gain the title of Mand'alor as he did back in the EU.
