Saw one review this morning from GQ and the reviewer said he couldn’t emotionally connect to the main character because he never took his helmet off and we couldn’t see the emotion on his face and I had a good laugh.

Yeahhhh super short. I hope they arent all like that. They would have had 21min of commercial on a 39min show if this aired live. Crazy times!

First episode was great. Gave enough story to draw you in, but held back enough to keep you so fucking intrigued and wanting to know more. Watched it at a friend's place and this episode alone was enough to make me strongly consider getting a D+ subscription

I mean they already started filming season 2 before season 1’s trailer even dropped so I’m pretty sure they are confident it’s gonna be a hit.

I feel like for a first season this is fine. I'd rather them test the waters and increase run time relative to quality later than pad out an hour of garbage.

Episode 7 will deviate from the normal Friday release schedule and instead release on Wednesday, December 18th. The Rise of Skywalker releases on Friday, December 20th. I’m wondering if they altered the episode release so as to not divide the fan bases on release date or if The Mandalorian is actually going to tie in to Episode IX somehow.

What if it was Snoke and the rising First Order who hired the guild/ IG-11 to kill the baby yoda? I believe Ben Solo was born by this point and Snoke had said that an equal force user would rise with him... We are supposed to see the “origins” of the First Order in the series too
