In all honesty, I am leaning more toward Kos-Mos still with a possibility of Lloyd. 70/30 split. I don't buy any of this Dante VA stuff. Way too easy and would have slipped much earlier I think if true.

Going into this with an open mind though, at this point I really want to see who DLC 6 is more than anything because it should set the pace for what to expect between mostly Nintendo entries (Byleth, Rex/Pyra), echoes, or more 3rd party.

My only issue with KOS-MOS would be that all but guarantees a Switch remake of the trilogy and after waiting years for it I finally just started it again on PS2 emulator. I don't wanna start over again

It does only specify that whatever analysis Bamco did, it only involved them. If they were to bring Monolith or Nintendo into the fold, i think Ninitendo would be willing to take a small loss or break even here simply to have a say in the rights to the whole franchise excluding Gears on a Nintendo console or within Nintendo's control through Monolith.

Good thought is that the three sign and three ?'s is for three characters revealed. Ellen Tigh will get most of the presentation, a few minutes to detail the 2nd bonus DLC fighter, and then a surprise reveal of what post DLC #1 will be.
