I don't usually tweet about DC stuff but I habe a friend who have seen The Flash and the movie will erase every movie Snyder has done. Man of Steel, Batman v Superman and Justice League never happened now. Erased from continuity. Affleck and Cavill are both gone

Supergirl now the main Supes of Earth. Keaton is Batman and Batgirl will become the new Batman after her film

Movie ends with Flash and Supergirl and Shazam forming a new Justice League.

I don’t trust these rumors until multiple leakers confirm it but right now people on social media are angry acting as they are 100% real.

Erasing male Supes and Bats from continuity is gonna majorly ruffle some feathers, bonus points if they extend to the actual comics too (though DC has mostly avoided rewriting comics continuity to align with the movies unlike Marvel, mostly since they reboot the entire universe every 5 years)

Angry joe will probably put out a 2hr long bitching video if that happens. So I kinda hope something wild does happen because they can always retcon it as an "elseworld" story like The Batman is suppose to be.

Smells like bullshit to me. I'd call Supergirl a comparably untested cinematic mainstay and WW2 not doing as well probably gave execs cold feet on a female lead. Replacing Batman and Superman's actors is fine and honestly something I expect after like a decade (banishing the Snyder touch aside), but unless they're going the Batman Beyond route, Keaton is entirely too old for the suit while essentially professing a lack of faith in Pattinson's take on the Bat.

That said, the Flash temporarily being in a timeline where the above is true could happen, but as a starting point for new continuity, I remain skeptical.

From the looks of it its basically flash point but incorporating other dc movies and characters into the the effects. Very cool imo
