Well I spoiled it for myself. >_< All I did was do a quick search of it to see if it had a rating yet and in the search results one site had a few cast member names and a particular one caught my eye. Won't ruin the actually movie I suppose.

What I've read amounts to "This character needed some risks taken to work, and Dwayne Johnson is not an actor who takes risks." Also that, as is usually the case, he is the best part of a mediocre movie.

Shame. Still will probably go see it, I suppose.

Saw it last night and ended up enjoying it. movie that isn't nearly as terrible as most people make it out to be. I enjoyed a lot of various aspects about it such as the action, visual effects, JSA(Only Hawkman and Doctor Fate) and even The Rock's take on Black Adam. On the other hand, I found the villain to be unmemorable, the plot to be messy and all over the place, and Atom Smasher/Cyclone were pointless.


Overall Not awful just completely devoid of originality and personality. Watchable but totally forgettable.

Hawkman and Dr fate were very well cast. Absolutely enjoyed the movie. Pacing was weird, but it worked for what it was.
