Holland is possibly out.

Nothing in that article suggests Holland is possibly out. Do you mean this sentence at the very end?

Holland, sources say, has an option for one more movie, while director Jon Watts is done with his two-picture deal and is free to pursue other projects.

One film that he can opt out of.

[Tyrath]

He should go get a deal with Marvel as the new hero Man-Spider.

Arachknight!

[Tyrath]

Wait I'm sorry, I meant Human-Spider.

Night Monkey.

[Tyrath]

I already posted that joke in this thread.

[NynJa]

Not on this page!

I can see Sony doing a live action Miles Morales Spidey and leaving MCU Spidey on the table for discussions with Disney.

Eh.

I haven't looked into it too much, so correct me if I'm wrong, but afaik she apparently took a lot of her dad's money and really is just in this to get some spotlight time.

[Souj]

That could definitely be. I've never heard any Lee child until that article lol.

you're wrong

no but nah yeah there was a lot of controversy around Stan's final years, obviously. his daughter and Stan's handlers got into a big fracas over his estate, the handlers accused her of doing drugs and psychically and emotionally abusing the man, allegations the family denied and given he freely admitted he was leaving his entire inheritance to her and was fine with her spending it while he was still alive leaves one to wonder why or how she could have stolen his money. more than one of the handlers left with hundreds of thousands they claimed were gifts though.

where the truth lies who can say, prolly somewhere in the middle as always. Stan clearly had some vultures circling on the way out. easier to just say the daughter's immoral and crazy rather than having to confront the accusations Marvel and Disney didn't do right by Stan tho.

Sony's counter offer was 25%.

Edit: There is a rumor that Disney attempted to negotiate 30%.
