The speculation around this 180 shift from using mostly debt for real estate to using 100% cash is massive money laundering.

ok ben
But 0 is less than 10.
It's amazing how Trump and co make their own scandals. For the most part if they'd just shut up they'd actually be fine.
Hah! A cousnuzzler. What a term.

Trump is willing to endorse any Republican in West Virginia who is not Blankenship and reminds WV voters to remember what happened in Alabama.
Blankenship hits back;
The establishment is misinforming him because they do not want me to be in the US Senate and promote the President's agenda.
The fake news is also pretending to be offended by the use of my words, 'China people.
They seem not to realise that China is a country, not a race.
We all really like President Trump's policies but we know he doesn't get things right.
He recommended people vote for a guy that was basically accused of paedophilia in Alabama.

Trump to announce his decision on Iran tomorrow (Tuesday) at 2 PM ET.

The US Army is seriously considering Minneapolis, MN as the site for their Army Futures Command (Tech Command center) and would be teaming up with the UofMN and the local tech industry. The Army says it would bring 500 jobs to the city.
Heard an interesting take on a podcast that if Trump doesn't recertify the deal while signing onto a deal with NK, Iran's take away is likely to be that if they want the US to honor a deal with them, they had better get those weapons.
That's a fairly standard take from most foreign policy experts, given the following chain of events:
a) US gets Gaddafi to give up his weapons in Libya, then topples him because he no longer has leverage
b) NK sees what happened to Libya, decides to obtain nuclear weapons as leverage, which seems to be successful in bringing the US to the table
c) Iran sees NK's success in getting US to the table for negotiations, no longer has any incentive to hold back on pursuing nuclear weapons if the US breaks the deal
In a perverted sense, US actions over the past 10 years have incentivized North Korea to speed up their nuclear weapons program. Yet another example of how our short-sightedness in the Middle East continues to have long-term international consequences.

Melania has introduced her "Be Best" campaign which is meant to create positive social media interactions for children. She is asking adults to be positive role models online.
That is ... that's ironic, right?
That Melania's chosen issue as first lady is cyber-bullying has long been the cherry on the sundae of this presidency to me.
What do you think the odds are that Trump will be the first president to get divorced while in office?
