Not necessarily. Don't most prenups have a clause in them that forfeits assets if the divorce is on the grounds of adultery? Although it wouldn't surprise me if Trump added into the prenup that he's allowed to have an affair with anyone he wants.

I don't think Melania will divorce trump while he's in office, she'll have a lot more influence and possibilities as first lady than ex-first lady. Once Trump is out as a president I'm sure she'll file for a divorce first thing.
