I'm just saying, most of us have no clue how to farm, or fly, or make shipments. I'm not saying that random 50% could really suck. I mean come on we lost 5/6 of the Guardians of the Galaxy! What if we lost 5/6 farmers!?!?

Flying is easy to learn and pays well.

Shipping is 95% automated and also not the hardest to train.

Even if we lost 90% of our nuclear techs, we'd be fine. The rush to fill the void would be fast.

I feel like marvel is getting a bit out of hand with the goofiness of the comic relief.

The Drax thinking he was invisible was the lowest point of this movie and should have been cut for dvd release.

lol fuck that. This movie had like 1/2 the comedy that Thor had. I also don't think there were any quips towards the end.

This is probably one of the best explanations. He devised his solution before he had/knew of the stones. The stones were just a tool that allowed him to complete his plan in an instant. He might not have thought of other possibilities with the stones.

I didn't even notice this until the video pointed out, and he's right. Tony is literally the only person he addresses as an equal.

Also, that 50% thing is a cold snap thing. He snapped 50% of people out of existence. That means hospitals just lost patients, pilots flying/driving/sailing just lost their passengers, and a whole hell of a lot more than 50% of people died.
