I'd say one takes a lot more thought and effort than the other.
Dude just wanted to chill out on the beach, not micromanage the universe forever. You guys just don't understand that the ultimate goal in life is a cozy retirement.

This was already pointed out in the thread before but he never used the gems to create anything. Can they even do that? Damn gauntlet needs a user's guide.
The running thing with the infinity gems are that they can only make or unmake what already is, or can remake. Everything requires equivalence or exchange.
In the comics Thanos does create a bride to make Death jealous, and makes a throne, but that's part of what made the Infinity series so silly at times.
Like, the heroes literally are torn to pieces and then moments later Dr. Strange summons them from a pocket dimension for one last assault.

The Infinity Gauntlet.
In that particular reference, Nebula banishes both of them to space but Thanos forgot to make a bride that could breathe in space so she dies. It's a pretty funny moment.
I wouldn't be surprised if Nebula gets the gauntlet again and the same thing happens that happened in the comic.

Her name was Terraxia the Terrible, in the comics she kills both Spider-Man and Iron Man during the fight. She beats Spider-Man to death with a rock and tears Tony's head off. She looks just like Thanos but a girl. And yes, Nebula teleports them into space and she dies instantly because Thanos never thought to make her able to survive in space.
Just got back from finally seeing this. Gonna go back and read all the posts to try to wrap my head around what the fuck I just watched.
Before I do, will say this movie was fucking awesome
Want to feel even crappier after watching the movie? The Russo's brothers provided a translation on Groot's last word to Rocket as he faded away.
"Dad."
Trying to remember now then who all survived that we know of. Off the top of my head it's the following:
Rocket
Iron Man
Captain America
Ant-Man (Pending movie in July)
Wasp (Pending movie in July)
Thor
Black Widow
Hawkeye (no clue)
Hulk
Shuri
Captain Marvel
the ant man and wasp movie takes place in-between civil war and this one doesn't it? so they could be ded
Nebula survived too. Imagine she'll be the one to get the gauntlet, but I think that might be where the similarities end -- it's diverged pretty far from the comic at this point.
Okoye too.

Technically we don't *know* that with in-movie info, could be anyone responding to the pager, could be her right before she vanishes (not that I'm expecting either of those cases to be true).
Also M'baku, who could be the next Black Panther. Was thinking about "the deaths are real" blah blah and as far as that cash cow goes, if the next one had him take the mantle it'd still likely make a billion. Several reviews of BP I saw said while Chadwick Boseman wasn't bad he was "the least interesting part of the movie".
...and with Nebula how are her and Tony going to get off that planet? Their ship crashed, Thanos blinked in, right? They could be effectively out of the picture for a lot of A4.
There can’t be another black panther as killmonger has the flowers burned except the one that was saved to get T’challa back his powers
The Benatar is there.
