{Spoiler} Avengers 3: DCCU Critics Have a Stacked Deck

So, do we know who (or if anyone) ultimately kills thanos from the comics. I don't want spoilers, and the movies I suppose could deviate...still, I've been wondering who does it...this is my ranking...

1. Tony - sacrifices himself. No more Ironman movies. Dude spent a couple movies telling Parker he was too young to fight and only wanted him in absolutely critical situations...then watched him die in his arms after he and pepper talked about starting a family. Tony is going to be fucked up in Avengers 4, i suspect he goes HAM.

2. Nebula - it's her dad. He killed her sister.

3. Thor - OP BAMF.

In the comics Nebula ends up taking the gauntlet from Thanos. She then tries to use it herself. Thanos ends up cooperating with Adam Warlock and Dr. Strange and the remaining heroes to defeat Nebula. In the end Warlock is given the gauntlet which he then uses to restore the Universe to its original state. Safe to say this is not what´s going to happen in Infinity War 2. My bet would be on Tony and Thor ultimately defeating Thanos with a combined effort resulting in both of them dying.

Well don't think Thor will die, he is signed on for a 4th movie (unless you believe the Marvel headfake theories about announcing fake movies). But yah Ironman is toast. Cap too.

Really? Well I didn´t know that. Still I think Thor will play a vital role in Thanos' defeat, possibly even landing the "killing blow".

I'm not sure which was more heartbreaking: Tony holding Peter as he dusted away, or the look on Cap's face when he realized they lost.

Peter’s death had me tear up because of the amount of emotions he had during his last few seconds.

Also, did we confirm Shuri was dusted away? I only saw T’chala and some others. I have a feeling Iron man Shuri will be appearing in part 2.

They never showed Shuri after she got knocked down by Corvus Glaive iirc.

Doesn’t Hulk come out when Bruce is about to die/dying like when he fell out of the ship in Thor 3 or like when he said he tried to kill himself but Hulk spit the bullet out? Couldn’t he have charged in there during the final battle without the armor and been forced to turn when he inevitably got wrecked by the aliens?

Didn't Thor say half his people were killed by Thanos? They left in a couple ships in Thor: Ragnarok, right? I kind of assumed she was just on the other ship.

No, just the one. There was the smaller ship that Thor, Banner, and Valkyrie stole to get back to Asgard, but everyone evacuated on the ship Loki and Korg stole.

Yeah, but he totally blew their ship up when he left. I thought he said something about no survivors too, but I'll have to rewatch it to be sure.

Enjoyed the movie.

The whole thing is basically a bunch of characters being given the same choice between sacrificing someone they love and they greater good. I was scared that most of the movie would involve the team getting together and then one big battle. The action and drama was spread out pretty well throughout the movie.

Sigh. Waste of a good character, but they had so much going on so I can see why this battle was cut for time. Please, please be a deleted scenes on the Blu-ray!

This movie is the Red Wedding of the MCU. I'm loving the reaction of my friends who don't know anything about the comics/don't keep up with upcoming movies. Some of them actually think they're all dead.
