Best I have is that he gets the team to play extremely disciplined and has a history of taking the fewest penalties.

Given Calgary's lack of discipline, this is a welcome change. I've also been hearing that he helped a really bad Carolina team really over-achieve which is nice too I guess. Our roster isn't nearly as bad as theirs so hopefully we see some good results with the guy... if he does end up becoming the Flames coach

The Avs are making things interesting (sarcasm) thought the Preds were going to win that game. They had the lead with what? less than 5 minutes left. I got up for a minute to go to the bathroom and then it's tied. A minute later or so and the Avs with the go ahead goal. No bueno. The only bright side of the game was when someone managed to get a catfish onto the ice cowboy costume and all.

NBC crew doesn't like the penalty call because Vrana's own stick hit his own face, even though it's clearly Jones pushing Vrana's stick into his own face. and the refs reversed the call, what in the fuck.

I guess it's okay to hit a guy in the face with a stick, as long as it isn't your stick.

Caps played like garbage in the 3rd (outshot 16-1), Holtby looked off most of the game, wasn't tracking the puck well imo but made some big saves late and just generally seemed to get a piece of the puck, not really sure how they won tbh. This was the first game CBJ outplayed the Caps and definitely deserved to win, so the hockey gods said fuck you to them.
