there ya go. i for one would love to watch a collective of min wage workers democratically figure out how to save prevent a company from going under during bad economic times.

It's almost like no company is one person making decisions alone, and already do this. People tend to have their jobs for a reason. Do you think that the manager of a McDonalds is so well versed at daily operations over the staff they themselves were promoted from in the first place?

The dig of essentially "min wage workers are incapable of handling anything important in business" is a petty take. It goes to show just how much the average individual will turn around and look down on other working class individuals they feel are beneath them due to their job. Ironic considering how much min wage labor is taken for granted.
Jobs don't define people or their capabilities.

So let me get this straight:
The kid flipping burgers at McDonald's should be getting paid as much as the manager who has to do all the managerial shit, as the owner who footed the franchising bill??

I wonder how Spicy's utopia will have any businesses when no ones gonna pony up the initial investment to start a business when profit is illegal and needs to be given to employees.

You know that shit that people get pissed off about? The "were gonna promote you, give you new tasks, but your pay wont change"...yup thats Spicy's utopia, for everyone.
But wait, does that mean when someone new is hired, everyone has to take a pay cut as well? Since the "profits are split evenly"? Oof, brutal.

Nothing utopian was in the explanation you are confused about. Nor is everyone getting paid equally. Nor logically can a new hire who isn't being paid yet have a pay cut at the place they are yet to be paid at. Nor would business and work suddenly cease to exist because rampant exploitation isn't allowed. Which is an odd thing to champion on a flimsy excuse in the first place.
Also, lol at the "do more for no extra pay in your example" logic when that is already a dominant feature of the workplace.

Your lack of faith and whatever spring is sources from is fine and all, but you can't exactly square the circle by saying every1dumAllUcandoisFrenchFries.

I wouldn't say that is one further, but points to the fact that humans are good at building onto things. Where they stand on the shoulders of those before them. Once a breakthrough happens, others are good at utilizing it, but hit a wall. As expected by the need for breakthroughs. However, this is a collective effort and no "truly exceptional" person exists in a vacuum. Though there also seems to be a propensity to hold up certain things or individuals and make them greater than they actually are or ignore circumstances and contributing factors, etc.
