It does if people pay for Twitter Blue through the web interface instead of the iOS app.

Quick google search shows the Apple Tax is 30%. Going from $8 to $11 is greater than the 30% apple tax. Elon has critized them in the past for their apple store tax. However, GooglePlay also has a store tax of 15 or 30% depending on certain criteria, which falls in line with the iStore service fees.

So yeah, this jump from $8 to $11 when paying through iOS is more than just "the apple tax" because theres no mention of charging $11 to Android users.

What Epic did with Fortnite was handled in a totally different way specifically to trigger the lawsuit, Twitter isn't doing anything against Apple's TOS in this way.
