trans would have normal pronous
i think you mean ableism against the gender impaired
but from the left
It amazes me something as simple as saying "refer to me by x pronoun please" can cause so many people to have a complete and total toddler tantrum meltdown.
People wanting to be referred to in a way that makes them comfortable affects my life in no way whatsoever.

BUT THEY JUST MADE IT UP. Y U NO CARE
I don't ask others to address me in a manner of my choosing that conforms with how I feel or see myself or makes me feel comfortable. I ask the same in return.
It's different if you say not to be addressed a certain way and someone keeps doing it intentionally. That mutually applies to anyone. However, you don't get to just demand society conforms to your sense of the language. It doesn't work that way and getting up in arms about it as bigotry or the sort. Doesn't tend to endear you to the people you want to be more considerate.
So people have to conform to things the way you want them but you have no responsibility to reciprocate.

If that is your take away then you do you, dawg. I would have liked if you were more reasonable, but whatcha gonna do, right? The topic tends to skew to either one direction or the other with a metaphorical no-man's-land in-between. So such is to be expected.
Heh, which coincidentally is a funny idiom to use. Now I am just a bigot for picturing a smokey crater-filled hellscape as a metaphor.
It's not really taking it any kind of way, it's what you said.

Do the Pronouns people usually address you with not conform to how you feel or make you uncomfortable? Because your point here is either that since society already lines up to the way that caters to you, you are actively opposed to changing it, or that it doesn't but you think everyone should tough it out and be addressed in ways that mislabel them because you refuse to take a stand.

I've been called out on four separate occasions and legit accosted once by trans people and/or their companions for misgendering them back when I was waiting tables. This, despite the fact that I very intentionally never even used pronouns at all while addressing customers.
I don't think about it because it is trivial. They call me by my name or whatever. I bust balls if I get called sir and say "please, i don't own land." Like an obnoxious tool, but I find it obnoxious anyway. Doesn't mean I start getting upset at ones sense of manners like, oh, idk, fucking pronouns, lol.
Likewise, I don't care about he or she etc. What sort of deeply insecure conceited prick do I have to be to really think someone else has to start understanding me or addressing me like we have a personal relationship? If we did then it's a non-issue and this no longer applies, obviously. How much energy do I need to expend or ask others to expend? Language is to communicate, and not for ones own validation.
As I said though, if you ask someone not to address you in a certain manner then they shouldn't if it is a reasonable request (intentionally upsetting, etc). That mutually goes for anyone.
If someone calls you or I a ladyboy, then by all means go l Christopher Walken and say that it isn't appreciated and if they do it again you will stab them in the face with a soldering iron.
TL;DR, pronoun game is a molehill into a mountain.
