I just dont see why you'd trade. The switch has a fraction of the games that the ps4 does, online is better on ps4, more AAA titles show up on ps4 than switch, etc.

Unless you specifically want Mario games, it just makes zero sense.

I havn't touch my PS4 in about 1 year, i just made sure to get it 5.05 for hacks

I don't pay PSN anymore, as Online is not fun anymor ewith all rage quitters cheaters and cheap players

I don't play video games alot anymore due to to work, the house and all.

So since I don't have millions of time at home to play anymore it's hard to play a game on PS4 as i can never get to the end.

At least switch i can play in train/subway/launch time at work

That, to me, sounds like a really weak "updated" version to require a full on updated retail release.

Going to bet that since it wasn't mentioned at E3, and that there is likely a direct coming soon detailing the online service, that we may see it in the realm of a $10-15 dollar digital release for the online service.

If Nintendo is feeling generous, and keeping in mind that this game saw most of the Wii U's lifespan as an earlier title, maybe even as a free offering for people signing up for the year instead of month to month at first.

Switch will get plenty of support, a lot of games that are getting launched on all consoles are seeing healthy support from its install base. I actually own more games for Switch than I do for my PS4 and can echo what Rata is saying about PS4, sits and collects dust, not bothering with paying for PSN because it doesn't appeal to me/lack of games that I would even want to bother playing on PS4 online that I could rather enjoy playing online for free on my PC.

PS4 was great when i had no life.

But now lets use Monster Hunter exemple or Diabloe exemple. (and i'm talking on my side)

Monster Hunter you need to farm, kill often and blah blah. If you have 1-2h per day, which monster often taking 20minutes to kill (the big ones) you don't have alot of time. So you have to didact your time only to 1 game on the PS4 or just acknowledge you might never accomplish anything.

While with the switch. I can play 30min here in the subway, 30 minute while launch break at work, and then if i have time at home it's extra time.

For me that's really appealing.


GF has the TV? NP i'll go play on the sofa in handheld. Yes switches games are maybe 'uglier' then PS4 as NO 4k or HDR, but the gameplay openings or possiblity is the best thing imo when you have a busy life

Fuck nothing better then to do 1-2 adventure maps in Hyrule Warriors while waiting at the dentist. or on a long plane flight

Jokes aside I'm in the same boat with my PS4. Waiting for KH3 only feels fucking dumb hanging onto multiple hundreds for nothing. I don't even know what my expectations are after 12 years of waiting.

For some reason, something other systems did were always seen as a good thing because "no one like console exclusives!!1" so having a similar library = you don't need to buy every system to play a particular game that isn't a staple series, but when Nintendo does it, people try to view it as a negative lol. I'm still waiting to see all of these PS4 games people claim exist..because my PS4 literally only exists to divert dirt from other systems I actually play as of now. Even the indie scene I have a ton of games from, so I'm pretty content with my Switch purchase vs my PS4 purchase since aside KH3..there's nothing, as the VII Remake is already guaranteed to be a shitshow.
