Yeah not everyone wants to work forever if they don't have to. 57 ain't a bad age to retire if you can afford to.

Can't blame him. If I had the money to retire young and enjoy life I probably would do the same thing.
Wow, what a coincidence that his last name is Bowser? lol
I guess his body was ready.
He was hired by the company in like 2015. I'm guessing the name was a coincidence but it could definitely have had increased his chance of actually getting the job in the first place.
The internet made a big deal about his name back when he joined the company back in 2015, but I guess they all forgot again in order to make some memes.
It does make me happy to see that a leader in a major corporation can retire and people are legitimately sad to see him go. That seems increasingly rare these days.
I think Nintendo’s the only company that really makes me care about their executives. Quite crazy considering how toxic the video game industry is, but Nintendo will always give you that happiness.
It does feel like Nintendo is the only good bastion out of the big 3. Microsoft is nothing in Japan and Sony seems to be shooting themselves in the foot
The only game I am hyped for rn is Demon X Machina. I'm a HUGE fan of Armored Core, so I can't wait. Hopefully it plays more like AC1-3 and not like 4Answer--which admittedly was cool, but too boost-y and ZoE-ish.
If you already have a Switch, there is a demo available.

No
Saw this reported on Youtube. Seems Microsoft is working on bringing it's Games Pass to NSW. This would effectively port some of their exclusives. Found the original reporter that everyone is reporting off of.

Rumor of course, but seems it's coming from a group with a proven track record for Nintendo leaks.
They aren't exactly saints though. I've always disliked Nintendo for their greedy practices of shorting supply to increase games values and making dumb things like Amiibo's instead of DLC like every other company. Not to mention they rarely ever listen to feedback on things.
Some would say shorting supply is to assure you don't over deliver and have a pile of material you can't sell.
Also production limitations. For instance, all those complaints about the limited supply of NES Classics seemed to ignore that the Switch came out a few months later.
It’s not, but people like revising history to make Nintendo look like saints.
Lol @ being the bastion of good for the big 3 when every single major developer has abandoned them in earnest due to their shitty practices and hardware for the supposed sake of anti-piracy.
