Dual Shock 4 is pretty legit and honestly I can't go back to the older playstation controllers because of it.

The 3 was atrocious tho and I can't believe I played Modern Warfare 1 on it.

Agree'd DS4 is actually a great controller in terms of hand spacing and comfortability. DS3 and Sixaxis were too small and felt like little childrens play things. I wasn't big into playing consoles during PS3 / 360 era but this generation of PS4 I've been pretty invested into playing my console more than my PC, maybe it has something to do with comfort of controls? shrug.

DS4 isnt bad, but it feels a little too tubular for me. The grips on ds2 are my favorite ever, as well as the analogue sticks, but ds4 has some great shoulder buttons imo.

Idk what it is about it, but the DS4 is pretty uncomfortable to me, I think it's the shape of the handles. I don't like the shoulder buttons either.

All the other dualshocks were alright, except for the triggers on the DS3 being ass.

I mean, the thumb stick was uncomfortable and I didn't like the notches around the stick. I got so many gd blisters playing mario party I can't even count them. Also, removing my hands from one portion of the control to another to reach a shoulder button or d-pad is not ideal.

Only in design IMO. I can only think of one game that I needed the D Pad for.
