Xenoblade X is the only reason I still own a Wii U
Been waiting for Pikmin 3 sooo long, I never had a WiiU. Happy they finally announced it but impatient that October 30th is so far away. Now get on Pikmin 4 stat!
Crossing fingers for a Pikmin 1 and 2 port. Also a Metroid Prime trilogy steelbook.
Crazy they didnt just make it a pikman trilogy to setup a pikman 4 release. Man nintendo always sleeping on their shit its so frustrating. Theyre probably gonna make me pay full price for this shit too
In better news the fiance finally beat paper mario so now I can get my switch back yay

NYC Nintendo Store will re-open on August 7th with limited reservations.
Prepare for a direct soon, because I have a feeling they're setting up a reaction stream for a smash reveal.

Top 5 best selling Switch games are Mario Kart (26.74 million), Animal Crossing (22.40 million), Smash (19.99 million), Breath of the Wild (18.6 million), and Pokemon Sword/Shield (18.22 million).

Knew Animal Crossing sold a ton, but still surprising to see it there after less than six months.
I'm curious how many extra sales for animal crossing can be attributed to the pandemic.

Probably a whole bunch.
Regarding F-Zero: You won't see a F-Zero until Miyamoto is dead. He doesn't want to do a new one if he cant' find a gimmick to throw in, just like with Star Fox Zero's stupid gyro bullshit that tanked the game. He literally told people to just go play GX, because there's be nothing new if they made a new one.
Better graphics, sound and all of the things that make other companies make new games don't matter to him. Its a new hook or gimmick that makes sequels happen in Nintendo land, unless you're Mario Party, I guess. Oh wait, no, the gimmicks in the latest games tanked that franchise as well.
He's turned into a better version of Vince McMahon and Al Davis, and needs to go, but he's too powerful and revered at this point.
Surprise. Nintendo just filed for a lot of merchandising and game related trademarks for Zelda (which turns 35 in 2021). Mario had a very similar filing last year for the supposed 35th Mario Anniversary this year.

Speaking of anniversaries, it's sad that Metroid never gets celebrated. Same year as Zelda so I guess it makes sense not to focus on the less popular IP. Same goes for Star Fox, 25th was in 2018. Or any other Nintendo IP that isn't Mario, Zelda, or Pokemon. Oh wait... Kirby too -_-
Japan didn't care about Super Metroid. That tells you all you need to know about Japan. I guess they were too busy buying used panties out of vending machines and playing match 4 or majong games to reveal anime girls in bikinis back then.
Didn't Japan's media fawn over Other M though? I remember a few stories about the press loving it and the public hating it.
Rumor that a Skyward Sword remake was leaked on Amazon.UK but then putted down
