I still have my original N64. I think I miss the adventure games more than anything else such as Mario 64 and Banjo-Kazooie. Just don't wanna need an old tv to play.
Here is the adapter that'll make it look good on your TV. Almost all older consoles have solutions similar to this one.
Expensive as hell, though.
Shadow drop partner direct:
Nothing really wowed me unfortunately. Taiko may be interesting but seems like a meh experience without the drums.
Edit: And everyone has now backed out of Friday entirely.
JFC...when will this end?
Crystal chronicles yay, never got to play it for more than 5min on GC. Hope its a discount title tho

Just the Gameboy ones.
Legend II is probably one of my most played games ever, I wouldn't mind jumping back in if it's not too expensive (course knowing SE it'll probably be like 30 or 40 bucks)
Yeah, if it's 20 or less, I'll pick it up. 2 was amazing despite it's ridiculous difficulty. Never really played 3. 1 was good as well, though really not much story on it.
Collection of Saga is indeed available for USD $19.99 pre-order from the Nintendo Shop right now.
Still think I'll pass =\
So you guys still expecting a full direct tomorrow?
Doubt it.
Nope. But the deadline for Nintendo to release ANYTHING of substance is coming up pretty soon.
1. Coming up on a redline where they'll have to announce and release a Smash character every 3 months to make Dec 2021's deadline.
2. They have an odd internal meeting with stakeholders, investors, and brass I think sometime around September 18th separate from their recent financial meeting.
3. Continued silence with Sony and Microsoft looming won't look good, even if they don't consider themselves direct competitors and want to coast on Animal Crossing and Pokemon DLC.
4. Hard to hype something big like Mario 35, Zelda BotW2, any Zelda Remaster/Remakes, Metroid related, or otherwise on a tight fall timeline.
What I do expect is something like Mario 35 shadowdropped very soon (like maybe tomorrow or Monday), a Sakurai Presents in the next few weeks for fighter 7, release of fighter 7 2 weeks after that, and entry focused directs like a Pokemon Direct to fill in the gaps.
The rumors persist of the E3 Direct being a bombshell, and its mysteriously still nowhere to be seen with anything that was rumored to be involved and present in it sans Pikmin 3 Deluxe.
Almost like rumors are just rumors? Jokes aside hopefully we'll see some kind of news for upcoming games soon. Nintendo said the pandemic hasn't impacted games set to release this year but they haven't announced anything since Paper Mario and Pikmin 3 port so that doesn't really tells us anything. If Animal Crossing hadn't been delayed 3 Months they would have released like one first party game this year?
I mean, there's been a "Switch Pro" rumor like every month since the base model launched, but the rumor I've seen consistently all week suggests a new hardware reveal. Probably not a "Pro" system proper, probably some more ninja updates to the flagship build like the battery life improvements they quietly rolled out a little while ago.
In January Mr. Furukawa said...
But this week's rumors cite a Taiwanese manufacturer that purports the thing is real, a reveal is imminent, and that we can expect it to hit shelves Q1 2021 (aligning with Mr. Furukawa's statement).Originally Posted by Nintendo President Furukawa
Seriously doubt it's anything but a rumor, or that a full Direct is happening right after the light one.
