Well, at least they gave us a Fall 2018 in the direct today. I think it was just listed as 2018 before? Might get an actual release date closer to that point.

Thats odd. Most everyone I know who has played it on PS4/XBox are saying it actually runs great on Switch.

Not at that PS4 level, no. But surprisingly well for the Switch when they were expecting it to be janky.

Also, we're seeing reports of developers having access to native voice chat for Switch dev kits starting around April. Depending on when the Fortnite port started (since it does allow native voice chat) we may be seeing a move in the right direction with the online service only a few months out.

Splatoom 2 DLC is pretty fun. My only gripe is male Octolings have horrible hairstyles.

Either way solid DLC with some difficult challenges. Now if they'd just disable Off the Hook at startup.

Splatoon DLC easily worth the $20 admission.

Beat the story in over 6 hours and haven't done half the challenges.

Good twist. Actual new bosses that were fun. And the uhm... spoilery stuff was good once you got all 4 pieces of the thing a ma jig.

I haven't got a Big Rhang yet. Been branching out and unlocking new sectors/routes.

Holy shit some of those challenges are nuts though. Breaking 40 targets while rail surfing was insane. That and dodging for 30 seconds.

The one where you hit the 30 targets on the rail (And if you miss one DUNKED the next line doesn't spawn) was the roughest.

Well outside of the defend the ball from the Octos for 90 seconds. Hahahaha fuck that.

The dodging one wasn't too bad. Hours of practice on Touhou finally paid off!

Yeah I've had a blast with the octo expansion. 42/80 atm. Special only bosses are fun as hell and the rail shooter challenges are pretty difficult sometimes.

Apparently it was unlocked on either a new series of dev kits for developers in April (or unlocked via software...not clear) and Fortnite is the first title to take advantage of it.
