Humor is lost on the common folk. For example we had two of our morning show guys return to air after years away and did a billboard campaign around town to announce it. The billboard showed the guys with their backs turned. The caption read "THEIR BACK!" and the time and station etc. We had so many people call up and try to give us a grammar lesson NO IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE THEY'RE BACK YOU ONLY SAY THEIR IF IT'S POSSESSIVE and we're like...that's the joke, bro.

The Dentist add is stupid if only because they should of known in this era the regressives would be all over that.

I admit, I'll never understand this cultural appropriation rage, But I can't see how forced cultural segregation is going to do anything but drive a wider divide between people and serve only to force into light the difference between us and keep those difference there always. There is no solution to any problem in "Appropriation" outrage. Doubly so when the outrage comes from people who have no right at all to decide what is and isn't appropriation of that culture (I.E Self righteous people who speak on behalf of and take offense for a culture they're not even a part of. certainly not anyone here though right, ha.. ha...).

Its not your job and you're not any better a person for virtue signalling your "offense" over a culture you know nothing about or presuming to talk for them and decide why its offensive to them. Off topic slightly, but especially when it comes to most Asian cultures. Outraging about those just enforces you know absolutely nothing regarding their culture. They (for the most part) love it when others use their culture or traditional attire.

But unless we have a Native American somewhere here to tell me if they're offended by this add, I'll just go with the safe assumption that the rage is from a bunch of self righteous (probably mostly white, upper middle class) folks wanting a new thing to rage about and feel good about themselves for "helping" those poor poor minorities out and show everyone they're one of the good whites!

But I'm aware I'm literally surrounded by people who are a part of these groups so its not like I'm here expecting agreement or a pat on the back lol... Just no fun to have one sided topics eh?
