I don't disagree. You'd have to spend time trying to fit her into the plot with screen time, model her and animate that shit. It's time consuming and totally not necessary for funny ass jokes like in the original. If she's only there for comedic relief, then by all means make her funny as shit for as little effort as is worth it. You know she'll show up in the Incredibles 3, or some Frozone spin off.
