Fyre Festival founder had a side business that sold fake tickets to the Met Gala, Grammys, & Burning Man. He was to be sentenced next week for defrauding investors of Fyre, but that has been put on hold after the FBI discovered this other business called NYC VIP Access.

Einstein was a racist & xenophobe in his early life.
In them, he makes sweeping and negative generalisations, for example calling the Chinese "industrious, filthy, obtuse people".
The physicist describes arriving in Port Said in Egypt and facing "Levantines of every shade... as if spewed from hell" who come aboard their ship to sell their goods.
He also describes his time in Colombo in Ceylon, writing of the people: "They live in great filth and considerable stench down on the ground, do little, and need little."
in other entries he calls China "a peculiar herd-like nation," and "more like automatons than people", before claiming there is "little difference" between Chinese men and women, and questioning how the men are "incapable of defending themselves" from female "fatal attraction".
he was a white European from the early 1900s, it would have been a miracle if he didn't have prejudicial attitudes. and it needs to be noted he made great personal progress on the issue, by the 1950s he was denouncing segregation in the US and supporting embattled African-American figures, a decade before it became politically convenient to do so.
Agreed, not sure it's fair to compare a the opinions of a man who lived 120 years ago to today's standards. The people of the year 2130 will probably look back on us today as having terrible backwards opinions by their standards, no matter how progressive we might feel today.
He's also talking about these places in the 20's.
They were fucking dumps.
The 20s were probably a magical time if you were rich.
The 30s are what you want to avoid.

Wait is that CS?
Unless CS shrank and became Asian, I don't think so?
That's not CS. Nowhere near ripped enough.
@Fiye:
Apparently Jeremy from Geeks and Gamers tried DMing Boyega to invite him to an interview after getting into that scuffle. Even threw in that he would no do it live, pre-screen questions, and donate any monetization cash to charity. No word back from Boyega last I checked.
Movie star ignores nobody. More at 11.
I think that's kind of the point. They're broad paintbrushing a ton of people and getting into internet slap fights while pushing that dialogue which is then repeated all over the place as truth. Following is seemingly everything and nothing at the same time. People are instantly written off as some pissed off nobody in his bedroom at the same a Twitter account that has that many followers is instantly treated as 100% truth when they were the only ones who said for sure that it was harassment that made her leave.
Like it or not, Tran is a public figure on the internet. She's going to be subject to hate mobs who are too stupid to differentiate between a character and an actress. The same thing happened with BvS and Justice League, but the actors and actresses aren't on Twitter bitching at fans about how they're all bigots and manbabies. Even if you're not part of the "OMG STAR WARS IS RUINED!" crowd, it can be hard to be on the pro-Disney side when the actors and directors are acting like the babies they claim pissed off fans are.
Man, it's like you can be a famous actor or actress and pay someone to manage your social media accounts.
These celebrities treat the internet like it's real life. It's not real life. No one gives two shits how famous you are or what you are. You're gunna get shat on like you're just another random sack of shit. Not saying that's how it should be but that's how it is without extreme control over the system.
Yes blame the victim stay classy.
Welcome to the internet. Where everyone gets hate whether they deserve it or not. And some choose to blow it out of proportion. While everyone else is like Ok
