Meh the point isn't the exact case but how stupidly broad and idiotic applied the law. Something as dumb as his video should really just highlight that.

It'd probably work in plenty of other countries but then again most countries where you don't get shot for speaking out this wouldn't have even attempted to go court and these guys are accusing a communist of Nazi hate speech lol so who knows.

It's not super funny, although "i taught my girlfriend's pug to nazi salute" isn't the worst comedic idea of all time, but I give comedians wide latitude for bad jokes or bits that don't work. With better execution this could have been hilarious.
