Redrix? Pulse
Redrix? Pulse
And Redrix is far from a super gun. I think it's more of a trophy than anything.
Also, there's a new ornament for Whisper which is so freaking gorgeous.......... >.>
I kinda wanna buy it <.<;
Looks like Gamestop put out a collector's edition for PS4 and XB1 (nothing for PC atm). It's $99, comes with an emblem, playing cards, and a statue of Cayde.
But, from what I gather, it's only the legendary version of the game (base game, CoO, and Warmind), so you'd need to buy the Annual Pass separately. Also, it also looks like this is just a bundle Gamestop put together rather than a real collector's edition because you can buy the statue separately for $50 (buying the bundle saves $10).
It went up last week and I was tempted to preorder it because I want the playing cards, but I don't need the Legendary version since it's just the year 1 content I already have. I'd rather have the annual pass and bonus digital content.

Final IB of season 3 is next week (with the new changes).
Trials will be unavailable during season 4 as they're looking to change it up. They're also changing up faction rallies again (because people complained too much about the grind and missing out.. boo hoo).
The Prismatic Matrix is around all season and there'll be Eververse bounties to get dust -- requires a note which comes from bright engrams.
Double valor week starting tomorrow, followed by a triple valor weekend, and then a double valor week.
Faction Rally grind isn't bad, but tying it mainly to lost sectors sucked. Just slows the pacing down too much.
[s]Doing the green grind on my Titan when this happened. Couple good games brought up my kda up 2 points.[/s] mobile data not being my friend right now.
Edit* bah phone upload ain't working. Have to upload to imgur

At this point, I'm not sure I have enough time/energy to even bother with the solstice gear... -_-
If you have a Titan is not really that bad. I think the warlock grind is the worst from what I hear.

Faction rally goes by super quick if you have a full armor set and you duo. Skip public events, just grind patrols in trostland and run into the church lost sector. Join mining public event if they are on the last spot. Lost Sector don't slow you don't if you're going in as a duo with giant balls. You basically just burn through Faction Rally on day one that way.
Mohan is out on PC, wife and I will be there for a while.
I understand that faction rallies were far from perfect, but I don't agree with Bungie caving to complaints that it was too much of a grind. When they announced masterwork exotics, one of the things they said was that the most hardcore players would have a lot, while most players would only have one or two. So many players saw the faction catalysts and felt they had to grind for all three. If you're someone who wasn't able to grind one-thousand tokens in a week, guess what? You're not a hardcore player, it's not that big a deal. Same thing goes for the people who bitched when Forsaken dropped that they were too low level for Ca'our -- if you weren't willing to plan out your grinding and grind three (possibly more) characters in three days, is it really that important to you to beat the raid the first day it comes out?
Only thing that makes warlock harder than the other two classes is that you have to actually get melee kills -- the other two classes are bugged and you can use a sword hilt to progress the objective.
What things do you really need that raw damage for solo? Most of the content that really benefited from the shotgun you were already doing in a group, and at that point, is there really a difference between two/five shotguns versus three/six? The one exception I can think of is soloing the nightfall, but if you're someone who is soloing the nightfall, I imagine you didn't need the shotgun for that.
Oh, that would have been smart. I just started a prestige nightfall with brawler and ran to a lost sector. Did the same thing for grenade kills, except with grenadier. I think I forgot to change to the correct element till halfway through for one of them on warlock though. This week is definitely better for grenade kills since there's that thrall heavy lost sector on Mars.
