Getting to the point where it matters which piece of gear I get now to increase my power level. My boots are 584, while most of my other gear is around 590-594. I think I can be just under 600 if I get the right pieces to drop.

That's some great testing. I got the Shards but after maybe 5-10 uses, it seemed too random to be worthwhile. I'll have to give them another shot and be more mindful of trying to be accurate on each volley.

They are ALWAYS worthwhile if you are on Blades, more super is always good.

Bungie keeps giving me DRBs one stat away from being perfect. Really wish I could reroll the masterwork stat on the latest one. Came with handling of all things. Last one came with small bore instead of full choke. Bungie pls let me ape!

IDK, I love my Prospectors for launching my corpse really high, and the Colony is fun if only because its the closest to a horror feeling I've ever had in this game as those little fucking mites chase me. Now if they can make a useful one I'll be impressed... maybe it'll shoot swords that explode into small cluster swords that also explode.

Colony is super fun for gambit. I just prefer rockets, or even better hitscan.

Messed around with Phoenix Protocol last night at the Blind Well after the talk about it last night. There was another Warlock on Well, so I changed to Nova Warp using Protocol. I could essentially have endless Nova Warp as long as there was a Well up for me to stand in and there were enemies to kill. Then when it was down, I would get my super back fast from the kills/assists while in the Well.

Seems really good for situations where you have to defend a point against multiple enemies. Probably not too useful in Crucible though.
