think I'm gonna take on plant lady today (Sheraton? SOMETHING LIKE THAT). already read lots of guides etc. but do y'all have any offhand tips for her?


basically it looks like "avoid paralyze, magic cover, provoke tank, dark/earth resistance, mp battery, kill fruits asap" or so

Ok so I actually killed Sheratan last week. If you have 2 tornado+aeroja users, MS Nichol or a support that is close in strength, a cover tank and a 5* healer it's really easy. Just slap a ribbon on everyone and go to town. I was able to 1 shot form 2.

I don't have any tornado users. I have multiple Trance Terras though...

Any chainer will work for Sheratan if you have decent gear for them. I used Oldman and Sephiroth and she went down fast.

Slap a ribbon on everyone... yeah I wish I had 5 ribbons lol. Until then I use Jade necklace or whatever it is

If you have accessorys for the really bad statuses you can get away with it too

I don't have any good chainers other than Beatrix and an under-equipped Fry (my chainer luck is awful).

I'm still rocking WoL for a tank (curse of being gone a long time), so I'll be pulling tomorrow. Already learned to hoard Lapis for Step Ups and am currently at Ch. 2 of S2 (Love Akstar and Lasswell interactions lol) and 9k Lapis.

Gonna use the LB pots for Raegen then hoard them.

also while we're on the subject (and while I'm gearing up for Sheratan) one big advantage to A. Rain: he can wear fucking shields. like, that's actually kind of a big deal if you're gearing for elemental resistance (and you are often gearing for elemental resistance with magic tanks sooooo yeah)

you should be alright then. I mean definitely go for A. Rain; your tanks are definitely not meta... but they'll work just fine if you don't get him.

Marie's still 50% which aint terrible with the other stuff tacked on. No CG Nichol?

Love You All should be 50% resist to all elements plus some healing if it's awakened.

no Nichol dark resist was to get Mystea to 100% on both dark and earth. which is debatably useful; she could do just fine defending on those turns I think. and since I ended up using Diabolos instead of dark resist gear, yeah, Marie would have been fine now that I think about it haha


won on turn 19. that was clutch af. bitch osmosed everyone's MP INCLUDING ACE on the last turn and I thought I was fucked until I remembered that Ayaka and Fina can restore MP in a pinch. barely took her out with my last pod chain before I would have crossed the turn threshold (and probably died). damn near wiped when both tanks died at one point; I'm still not sure how I survived that. missed the esper kill objective but LOL fuck that. I have over 300% in moogles right now, I'm good.


also I would have wiped at one point if not for Fina dual casting a heal + Ultima to take out the last 1% of a fruit's health. that. was. fucking. stressful. LOL


what a fun fight. although I am NOT doing another ten-man for a while... that was exhausting. just gearing people up takes forever, not to mention the battle itself.

Fixed her for 100% ice, 100% evade, with fire weapon and killers. You have to self-target sabre flunge after each diamon dust (80%, 60%, 40%). You can bring another unit with hide and ifrit for that mission. Just hide until gauge is full, then summon ifrit and die. Full clear will take 25-30 min.
