Going forward with new 7* units I've determined the fastest way to get them from 6*-STMR without sacrificing any potential TMRs is to get one that you won't use to 100%, and then raise two 6*s to 7* (getting 2 Moogle containers in the process). After that, fuse the 100% unit into the 0% unit instead of the other way around and you'll be able to TM that unit like normal, so you'll still be able to get 4 total. I wouldn't do it with most of anyone I have now because I've already potted out the majority of any that I already have TM'd as well.

That's what we've been trying to tell you lol. If you go the 7* + 7* route for STMR, the only TMR you lock yourself out of is the level 101 fodder unit.

Lightning will be obsolete in a month or two, and you'll be glad that it doesn't have lightning element on it.

That's what I'm saying though; make the fodder unit the one you TM and you ultimately don't get locked out of anything because you can still get a regular TM from a 7* unit.

I mean some sure. But there is a wide swath between ones I wouldn't even farm 1 if it wasn't for the unit bonus and ones I'd farm as many as I could get. I'd farm a good 10 RoTl and at least 4 marshall gloves if I had those units lol. Though that might change some since just saw some news that jp is gimping FD for future content

That said when are you going to be using 4 grand armors at once? Even SSP would be like what just 10 mans where you happen to using 2 sets of 2 great sword/heavy armor dds when we only have 2 heavy armors with ATK? Probably more importantly when will you have time to farm all that for niche uses? Idk about but I don't do a lot of lapis nrg refills since I'm mostly just fountains of lapis pay wise and only get like 2-3 tmrs done a month so I still got a back log of TMRs to far as is that isn't really getting shorter as I get new units lol

Did the 3k 11 pull to see if I could land the small chance of Wilhelm and instead got Gilgamesh #3. Yay 50% moogle!

So I may have turned into a whale. I did 5 pulls on the stepup (one full pass, plus the second 3k).

Ended up with:
Wilhelm #3
Dfina #3 and #4
Marie #6
DKCecil 3, 4, 5, and 6
TGCid 7 and 8
And most importantly, NONE WERE GILGAMESH (of which I have 8).

One of the pulls was 4 rainbows (3 DKCecil and 1 TGCid).

This is after my relatively good luck on the other banner:
Lightnings 5 through 8
Delitas 3, 4, and 5
SBDFina 3
Luneth 3 and 4

Used a 5* ticket in there for Lunera #3 as well.

Now item world, on the other hand, makes me want to club a baby seal. I'm at over 500k points and the ONLY rare I've seen was the 2nd run I did, on a pair of fixed dice. I've gotten a few decent augments, but no rares... ugh!

Bah decided to take a crack at zerging diabolos again. Got to turn 4 pushing thresholds each time so only ate the one graviga and it was at 13% and LB gauges were full but was missing 1 from evo gauge. Potential LBers couldn't chain lbs with each other and were also my regular chainers and one of them was my summoner. So was if used my summoner to fill evo gauge I wouldn't be able to use LB and actually kill it and with no more thresholds it was kill or be killed time. So set weakest chain I could with longest LB I had and hoped to get that last bit of evo gauge... fills up with diabolos at 3% I go to swipe my carby character to summon and too late. Man getting all missions in 1 run zerging aint easy... oh well next time with a 6th and no LB requirement should be easy.

Depends. Do you have DC quakers and reasonable mag sets? If so you can ignore basically everything AoE wind, mp drain snort and then some small dmg hits on the turn it snorts. If not it gets a little more complicated

JP got a weapon rebalance today. Basically, any new monster added from and including today's new JP raid event on will have a new defense parameter that effectively checks your weapon's attack stat and reduces damage dealt based on how low it is.

This makes Fixed Dice completely useless and STMR weapons the undisputed strongest weapons regardless of element. Kind of a hamfisted solution to FD considering it is also a nerf to all TMR and lower weapons other than FD.

Is there some exact formula yet? The initial testing I was seeing made it seem like there was a threshold or something
