FF:BE - A Skinner box with plot

Very productive time in the game today.

Daily pull was Nalu #2, so that's ready for 7*.

Finished everything I wanted from the Hanging Edge, so with that done I was able to STMR Lightning and can now enhance the Omega Weapon.

Beat Tetra Sylphid 3* in one go.

Used the 50% Moogle from Lightning to finish Dark Bond #2, now ready to STMR Dark Fina. Also finished Shield of the Empire, so Wilhelm is good to STMR now as well.

My main concern now is gil and EXP, I simply don't have enough right now to finish raising units up. Hoping this upcoming raid helps with that.

TDW isn't a must have TMR and this step up is the worst deal we've ever had. Unless these units are broken beyond reasoning (at 6*) this is a safe skip.

Oh yeah daily blue check in... but did finish up last mission on diabolos despite being dumb and forgetting my shooting star was off in item world... boy that took 500 mag off Rinoa. Finished 2nd marshall glove though and managed to get my brotherhood to 27% and save the queen to 32% atk

Well TDW would likely be BiS for DW builds but those gunna get unpopular fast. And holy fuck this step up lol.

I kind of glossed over it assuming it was like other ones but jesus. Like say compared to Cloud first couple of steps are comparable but where this one gets 5% trust on step 3 Cloud got 100% 5* and where this gets 10% trust on 4 Clouds got 10% 5* ticket. Raegan similarly got a 30% 5* ticket at 3 and greatly increased rates on most steps. Doing some quick math I think this is the only step up we've had that has worse lapis to 5* ratios than the daily 1/2 pulls. Guess it's slightly better than 25ks for on banner but much worse in every regard than 11ks

Upsides makes it easier to horde for Hyou and easier to not get tempted by the "50%" off deals that are worse value than vault of lapis lol. I might have been tempted if this was the Just Cause banner because I still don't have any 25% evasion tmr units but lol for those TMRs. Seriously throw a guaranteed random on step 3 like the 25ks and people would easily go for this.

oh well. a massive dark imperil for TT, a 7* Tornado chainer, and a 7* Bard with 60% dual breaks on demand... I guess life could be worse. kinda wanted 7* Olive or Lighting STMR but them's the breaks. of those I did moogle SBDF because that swimsuit is just too good and most of our top tier mages have the titties to wear it

I've seen only one rare augment in all of my runs on both IW and it was with complete trash otherwise. Hi2u Seal3 with mag and mp on Masamune
Also, These daily blues are out of hand. I've gotten nothing but blue the entire time, Not even a single yellow.

I got my 3rd just now on a Lightning Saber. Ended up being att+15% and HP+40% total though.

Other 2 were Onion Sword and I think an Excal. Haven't spent any Lapis on refresh yet, and still have the refresh items from event itself. Might go hard at it for an hour or 2 tomorrow if I have time.

Edit: 4 from the last, Sparky, Masamune, Ulric's Kukri and Bowie Knife. Did quite a few lapis refills on that one trying to get 2nd High Tide for MS Nichol.

Hate to break it to you but regular Dark fina is the one with the dark imperil. Swimsuit dark fina is water imperil.

Oh yeah I just kind of gloss over him partly cause of t2 thing but also because it's single target and a lot of TTs love is her high AoE chain dmg

Never got around to finishing mine so now I'm doing lighting saber instead. Bah I wanna cheese but lol at these people saying oh yeah you just need to get Cedona to 100% fire resist, death resist and evasion with easily obtainable gear/materia... sure if you don't count the evasion accessories
