PS4 players can get the season pass now on sale for $20 (no PS Plus required), and episode 1 of the Atlantis DLC is free until 9/3 for those wanting to give it a try.

How's the DLC anyway? I just finished the main game this week and only then realized I hadn't even bothered downloading it til seeing this. Shame, since I would have really liked that one that makes bodies disappear when doing forts and stuff.

At this point, I think I'll probably jump into something else before coming back for the DLC because I need a break from this. Much of this is because of my inability to pass up any quests I'd see, and was really bad about signing up for every quest on the job boards until I was about 2/3 through the story. In spite of this, I think there were still about 3-4 islands that I didn't touch, or if I did, was just to get a sync point near a dock. I think I finished around lvl 61 or thereabout. There's a couple things I might do before leaving the game for a while - the farting boar is my last legendary animal, and then there are two other fights that I haven't tried.

Having played RDR2 then Origins then this, I think I need to play something other than games where I'll constantly be like "oh, what's that over there?" Spider-Man was supposed to be next in my queue, but I'll probably hold off a bit and have that be my last major title before Death Stranding.

Loved this game and probably will give it a playthrough as Alexios sometime down the line when I have nothing in the queue.

The DLC had backlash because of all the choices you made, you picked up as if you made VERY specific choices (staying vague for spoiler reasons). My thoughts on DLC is weigh the price VS how much more you want of the game. Personally, unless I get the DLC for SUPER cheap, I skip. Most of it is cut content just to sell later and the pricetag is usually $10 for 2 more hours.

One year removed from the game’s launch, Ubisoft announced that this month’s content update will be the final one. A special event is going on now through November 4 with old bounties/ships returning each day with increased orichalcum rewards.
