Then again they've gone thru like 3 director changes or something? Kinda wild how bad they're shitting the bed with the xbox's only real mascot

My guess its cause Halo 5 was poopoo and they wanted to do this one right. Subjectively Poopoo mind you, the story and what they did to Cortana was dirty, did not enjoy.

I'm wondering if we'll see more director changes between now and then.

You know, that looks like it'll make a lot of Halo 1-3 fans salty AF, since it looks like Reach dialed to 11 and they all hated Reach, but uh, I'm not exactly turned off by it. It looks a bit wild but so does every multiplayer trailer where the intent is to show a one-man Army invincibly murdering everything to show off the new abilities and weapons you can use.

There's no putting mobility back in the box. Time for purists to just get over it.

That and I can still scratch that itch in the MCC, had fun playing that for old times sake. I still suck at shooting which is nice to know.

It all looked great and fun, and since it's coming to game pass why wouldn't I get it day one lol. Idk how I feel on the campaign with not Cortana, but I'm sure I'll give it a go too
