4 Men from CA Charged with Inciting a Riot at Unite The Right 2017

Federal agents arrested without incident Benjamin Drake Daley, 25 years old, Thomas Walter Gillen, 34, Michael Paul Miselis, 29, and Cole Evan White, 24, all from California. Each was charged with one count of conspiracy to violate the federal riots statute and one count of violating the federal riots statute.

Thomas Cullen, U.S. attorney for the Western District of Virginia, said at a news conference that these men, who belong to an anti-Semitic, racist group, were “serial rioters” at events in California and Charlottesville. Investigators have evidence of the men committing violence against counterprotesters with “no provocation,” he said.

“These guys came to Charlottesville in order to commit violent acts,” Cullen said. Cullen said the men were members of the “Rise Above Movement,” or “R.A.M.,” a group based in Southern California that stresses racial purity and mixed martial arts. Investigations into the rally continue, and more arrests and charges are possible, Cullen said. “We’re not finished,” he said.

Richard Spencer is accused of physical, verbal, & emotional abuse by his ex-wife.

In papers filing for divorce, Nina Koupriianova said on one occasion in 2011 Mr Spencer dragged her down the stairs, resulting in bruises.

She said that in 2014 he again "attacked" her when she was four-months pregnant.

According to the report, Ms Koupriianova's lawyers said she had been "reluctant to call police or seek an order of protection for fear of further reprisal".

"Much of the abuse has occurred in the presence of the parties' children," the court documents said.
