Get that phone insurance my dude. Saved my ass a ton of money doing the same thing you did.

Took dramamine today around 8:30am to try and prevent recent motion sickness on rides while at Disneyland. Granted it only lasts for the first few seconds/first drop or turn then I'm fine but still annoying.
By 10:45am my motor skills go to shit and I'm feeling so groggy I could he drunk. I reluctantly agree to go back to the hotel to sleep it off. Get back around 11:30am and pass out immediately until 2pm.
I feel fine now but holy fuck never doing that again. And it was the non drowsy version..

Wifey was making a bottle for little man in the nursery room. He decides he wants to test his hang time and jumps out of the crib. All it took was half a second. Luckily the room is carpeted and we have soft mats surrounding the crib. Jesus Christ that shit was fucking terrifying. I think he cried more from the shock than the actual pain of the fall as he was all smiles maybe a minute later.
10 months old and he's starting to get way too rambunctious. Gonna drop the mattress setting to the lowest possible for his crib tonight.
A month or so ago my aunt was watching my daughter She just started getting more core and upper body strength/coordination. When my aunt went to stand from an arm chair she pushed off my aunt and leaned back and almost toppled backwards. My aunt freaked out apparently. Apologized profusely to my wife, despite her not actually falling, but she did have to grab her fast a hard and pull her to keep her from falling.
I'm just glad she was fast enough to grab her, even if the room has a soft rug.
Also, we bought a multi-level crib for the same reason. Ours is too young still, but I'll probably drop it once she starts to support herself/stand.
So boss is interviewing replacements. 1 gal immigrated here from Venezuela just a few years ago. Seems to be a hardworker doing whatever she can to move up, speaks better English than most around here, without too heavy an accent, and well is super cute but not exactly a lot of experience with office/computer work. Unfortunately 2nd girl is older has done a lot of office work and even worked for a company that used to do some similar stuff to us.... so of course going to hire her instead
Sounds like the second one is better qualified?

But she ain't cute. Come on.
Maybe your boss values workplace morale and will hire the cute one?
Sold an item on Ebay for $3. Got charged $6.10 in fees, $6 of it is "advanced selling" fees. I don't even know what the fuck that is. They changed their selling tool and it's utter dog shit now. I probably needed to change something.
OK so this isn't a FWP but I gotta put some words down. I'm a week and a half into my new job. Everyone is nice. Money is improved. Still only driving 10 miles a day round trip. Since Friday every day I wake up I'm just sad. Like, not full blown depressed but sad. And after my third day my new coworkers are telling me how great I'm going to be once I have some time on the job. Boss said in the most positive way he thinks I'm going to be awesome. I have no idea why I said this but I replied, "Oh I don't know about all that." Like, I heard the words and couldn't stop and am saying to myself what the fuck was that?
My wife, and some other sites after a google search, says that my mind is still stuck in the toxic office that I left and that it will go away. The only "bad" thing(s) that have happened is one of the two women I work with is just sort of out there in a way and has been complaining about basically the equivalent of leads getting stolen so she's losing money. Even with that the stress here is literally maybe 5% of my prior. It's like my head doesn't know why all these bad things aren't happening at work and it's mad so I'm basically sabotaging myself.
You're just used to working in a shitty environment. Make sure you dont say things like that in front of your new coworkers again and you'll get used to it. Everyone is uncomfortable in a new job after being super comfortable in their last.

That's what my wife says too. I'm just nervous. It will all work out.
OK a real FWP, the complainy coworker that I sit next to is loud, makes weird noises and in one fashion or another clears her throat (loudly) about five times an hour, and eats loudly and eats a lot. Today she's making super loud sucking/smacking noises from a peppermint.
Electrician came to give us a quote to run a new outlet for the well pump. $1300.
Going to call my cousin who is an electrician and see what he can do for me.
I recently purchased an auto-mower which is one of the top three best purchases I've ever made. (#1 LASIK, #2 house). I don't have to do any work and my lawn is always cut.
Just yesterday, my mower (Modor, rhymes with Hodor) errored out and was chilling in the middle of the back yard. Today I found time to hunt for the issue and found that the guide wire had been cut. Not sure if it was a neighbor, electric, gas, internet, or cable people.
We have auto mowers now? This technology exists? Lol

Just a random review / time lapse video. It's pretty insane. Just found out about them a few months ago and made the purchase end of April.
My wife is in a similar situation to you in both regards. She was in a super shitty work place and is still there mentally. So even though her new place is better she still has pretty strong reactions to what people say because she's just waiting for them to try to destroy her.
As far as the noise goes, she wears some noise cancelling headphones and listens to music. Open floor plans suck.
The entire Final Fantasy series OST is on Spotify now, that'll give you something else to listen to.

I get there is always going to be "that one person" at the workplace. I was hoping to get lucky and that one person would be in a different department! Overall she's not a bad person from what I can tell so far. It's just that it's her world and we're living in it so to speak. I do feel positive that after I get more leads, more activity, and spread my wings a little I'll be too busy to even notice anything else. I'm highly considering bringing in my Corsair set from home and using that for my calls. Only thing is then no music. We'll see.
