I dropped the phone like 4 days after getting it when I was still looking at cases. After that I was just kinda like "well whatever then."

I can't deal with both the front crack and the back now too though, so I'm going to get it repaired and order a case. I've always used Speck cases, but when my other Pixel got older, and the case started falling apart, I took it out of the case and really liked the feel and look so much better than when a case is on it.

He is one of the friendliest and most tolerant dogs you've ever met, but he's a big guy. Don't think he'll get any larger, though.

We sit our daughter on a high chair and he likes to come up and put his face in her lap so she can pet him, but she's only 4 months so her idea of petting is grabbing his soft, fluffy hair and pulling. She got two fistfuls last time and he didn't even wince. And my daughter loves it. Her mouth opens wide and her arms and legs flare out and wiggle like it's the best thing ever.

They're gonna be best friends, and he's going to be her protector. We can already tell because he just wants to sit or lay next to where she is.

I also took him to obedience classes and got him socialized early on so there's also that which helped contribute.

Guy gave me the same deal, 59.95 and tossed in a trial of streaming tv, which I never used, and he assured me once the trial was done, that would be it. First bill goes by, everything looks good. Get this months bill, and a 23 dollar increase due to the TV Streaming, plus all the taxes/regulatory fee's they toss on, so I got to spend a bit of time dealing with that bullshit. At least it's now fixed.

I just did that the other day and they were trying to sell me on that except pretty sure they told me I could cancel after a month no charge. I was like nope not gunna use it when I'm already finding all I need

Awhile back I'm pretty sure I made a post about a tree in my yard falling into my neighbor's yard. Just now I get a knock on my door. ANOTHER tree from my yard fell today into their yard. Thankfully this one is much smaller and easier to deal with. However, the neighbor behind us, a HUGE tree broke off into multiple spots falling into my neighbors backyard and onto another neighbors yard and a huge branch/limb/tree thing is sitting on top of their truck. They clearly aren't home cause that shit has been there for awhile my neighbor said. I gotta move into the country with no neighbors and no trees near our house!

Todays adventures in really stupid customers/bookkeepers. Have a customer who is has been paying the most recent bills but continues to ignore about 5 from a year ago. Actually have a talk with them last week about it. Tell them and email them exactly how much they owe even note that since they overpaid a more recent one we applied the extra to one of the old ones so a little less is owed on it... They send us a check... in which they count the invoice that we credited part of it as not only fully paid already but also has the credit on top of that which they indicate they want to apply to the next invoice and so only pay part of that one. Nice try idiot. Also they still ignoring the other 4

Not my fail but CBS may be digging their own grave right now.

Uverse has canceled all CW channels in protest since CBS is trying to way overcharge for their channels; be the most expensive channel ever. The cable companies aren't buying this, say they can't afford them.

Add in their stupid streaming service and..well. I don't know how much longer CBS is going to be around. We may be morning them in the Celebrity Death Thread if they keep this up.

I swear to god it's as if debt collection companies try their absolute hardest to not work with you and they want everything to go to the court instead of just getting paid. I have a credit card from years back that I have a judgement on. No biggie I know and am happy to pay it. In March I set up payment and request paperwork showing the agreement before I make payments. Of course no paperwork comes. I wait until May and say fuck it and make a payment. Made another one recently too.

Today I miss a call from the office of the debt collector. I call back and they (of course) have no record of calling me today. They tell me I do not have a payment arrangement set up because they never received signed paperwork sent back. I said yeah, I never received it. They tell me the date it was mailed but whatever. So they say to stop it from going thru the court I need a new arrangement. OK no biggie. They tell me the original due date was the 1st of every month. Wait, thought you never had an arrangement because nothing was signed? Who agreed to the 1st? Oh they can't say. Whatever, the 1st is fine. They ask if I have any questions. Yes, more so a request. Send this agreement certified mail (and pass the charges to me) because I need to make sure I receive what you claim you are mailing. Of course they cannot due that for, reasons.

I realize and understand there are probably many reasons debt collectors act in such a manner but fuck if it isn't irritating. Like, I'm trying to right my wrong but the people that want the money do everything they can to not take the money and then can't do the simplest of things to help me get them the money.

Document everything in writing. If you have their address, send them a notice via certified mail that you need the following: 1. Proof of ownership of the debt. 2. Settlement amount to satisfy the debt. 3. Monthly payment plan if any. Keep records of everything. If they don't send you anything, do not pay anything. Keep a log of phone calls as well. If they take you to court, bring all those records, including the written request sent my certified mail as you'll then have record of who signed for it, when, or if it was rejected, who rejected it. Court will then toss that debt, and if they keep harassing you after, you'll be able to sue them. You'll also be able to submit to the credit bureaus that the debt is invalid after going to court and they'll strike it from your record.

Luckily Zyrtec +nasal spray is working, but if I forget to take it ONE day, it like spirals out of control, and it usually takes 2-3 days of taking it for things to clear up.

Nasal Sprays are addictive as fuck, what they do is that they tighten the veins in the nose. After a while you become unable to breathe normally without tightening them.

Use them max. 3 days consecutively.

If you are suffering from Rhinitis, reserve the spray only for that night where you really have to have a short but quality sleep.

I've only been on it for two weeks, and I don't use the spray everyday.

With that being said I haven't been able to breath through my nose since early spring. So this is the first thing that has helped me.
