My place uses MS Teams also, but i’m mostly with the internal support team and the chats mostly consist of dick jokes and shit talking along with spongebob gifs.

We're being forced over to Teams as well as Microsoft is killing off Skype for Business for video conferencing. I already hate it.
MS Teams is fucking trash.
So talking to a girl for a few weeks. Already had a few first dates cancelled due to work including yesterday but today was supposed to 100% be on... and ghosted.
100% this.
Having coworkers that send messages prematurely due to pressing Enter (and leaving the message after they figure out how to post the entire thing afterwards) and some treating it like Facebook where they have to like everyone's posts and add comments of no value ("great job!") that moves an old post to the recent section.
For the latter, is there a setting to keep posts in timeline order based on the original post and not replies?
I'm on Cisco Teams (yet another corporate chat product) and after a year of instability (message sent != message received, losing history for entire groups randomly, etc.) it finally seems to be working like a shittier version of Slack.
These last three days have sucked. (Warning, completely rambling, but that's where my head is at atm.)
So to start: My son's bday is in February, and I've always done his parties indoors (Chuck E. Cheese, etc.), but my daughter's is in April and we do it at the local park. I was always kinda lamenting the fact that my daughter's parties were cheaper and easier and the kids have great fun, but worried it would be too cold to do the same in Feb. Tried it last year at my house and it was way too cramped.
They just recently redid our local park, and it's amazing. A structure for kids to spin in, a zip line, new slides, etc. So I said, "Fuck it, let's do it." Planned the party for today at the park.
Meanwhile, at school I am in charge of the GSA (Gay and Straight Alliance) club, and they wanted to host a movie night yesterday as a fundraiser. I told them that was fine, but they had to find another chaperone because it was the night before the party and I didn't want to have anything scheduled because there's always last minute things that need to be done. They found a history teacher to chaperone it. All was well.
Thursday at the end of the school day the teacher told me he couldn't make it because he was given tickets to see Jo Koy. So I ended up having to chaperone. I was freaking out because I had to figure out how to ALSO get my daughter to her Girl Scouts event Friday evening, AND I had forgotten to get party favor bags for the party and had zero time on Friday to get it. But hubby is awesome and helped out so everything should have been fine.
Yet, Friday at 10am I got a text from a mom asking if there was a back up plan for the party, "Due to the rain." Fuck. Sure enough, even though the weather has been PERFECT the past couple weeks, it's scheduled to rain today. And like, it's gonna rain, no doubt. Probably sprinkles, but these are kindergartners and this is California where no one goes out in the rain.
So Friday I was desperately trying to figure out what to do, while teaching and doing all the other shit I have to do. Didn't even get my prep period because we had an IEP meeting then. Had to leave right after school to get hot dogs, popcorn, etc. for movie night.
Was gonna borrow the school's canopies in case of rain (we have huge ones), but no one could find the key TO THE FUCKING SHED THEY HAVE THEM IN.
Messaged parents to say I would tell them in the morning if it was getting postponed. Yes, I had to. This morning it still said rain and predicts a huge cloud coming over the park exactly at the party time. So we are having it next weekend.
Just fyi, I didn't get to pee until about 10 pm yesterday for being so busy. The struggle of being a teacher is so fucking real right now.
It's natural to always be your own worst critic. I know when I took my promotion over five years ago, six months in I was having doubts of myself, though it turned out to be more of a leadership issue not understanding IT then it was anything I was doing wrong.

Decided to try Cashew Milk with my protein shake powder for breakfast on a whim. Everything tasted fine, think i'm good. Now not sure if it's coincidence or what but 2 hours later, I feel like absolute death. Had the worst vurp ever, had to chug water to get the taste out of my mouth and I feel like absolute shit.
Just got the call my boss wants me to work tonight 10pm to 6am, then tomorrow 7am-3pm. Insanity.
Double shifts are not uncommon in some jobs but usually require 24 hours notice.
Beginning March 16th Costco will require proof of membership to eat in their food court. This follows members complaining that non-members were coming in and causing long lines.
Where do people live that driving to a Costco and eating there is better than anything else in the area.
