PS4 controller #2 dead. Both of my launch controllers have now died. Not sure if it's the battery or something else as it lights up for a second when I plug it in, then it just stops charging like it's full.

I just had to replace mine. Only new option was 70 bucks same day or 60 bucks and wait however long it took to ship. Even used ones started at 58

They make charging ports extra shitty on these. I've had to replace 2 because they would stop charging if the wire moved in the slightest direction. I swear they make more off the controllers than they do the consoles.

My ps4 dvd remote stopped working. It will still connect to the ps4 and function for about 20 seconds then will stop responding to commands. It still shows as a connected controller on the ps4 but button presses won't work again until I take the batteries out of the remote and put them back in. This is not Sony brand but it is the officially licensed remote. We mostly use our ps4 these days as a bluray player and streaming box so not having the remote is annoying.

nah walmart is the 60 dollar range, but they were sold out, had to do 70 at Target, literally the only place that had them in my city. Even gamestop had none, used or new

There was a great controller shortage during the heights of quarantine, PS4 and XB1 controllers were going for like $80-$100 on resale sites because they sold out everywhere.

My girlfriends sister has been on and off with her boyfriend. He’s a piece of shit and cheated on her twice but she keeps forgiving him. My girlfriend finally had enough and told him he needs to let her go (they’ve been broken up like a week now and he texted the sister apologizing for everything like he always does).

He called my girlfriend an asshole.

I saw fucking red BG. I went off. He called me and tried to get me to come fight him at his sisters house where he’s staying.

He’s 26 and just got kicked out of his house for using steroids (for a second time). If he wants to be a child I’m going to treat him like a child.. So I messaged his dad on Facebook and told him how he treats women and he should know that before he ever thinks about letting him back in the house.

I’m not fucking playing games. I’ll destroy someone’s life without blinking if they deserve it. He’s been verbally abusive to my girlfriends sister and now MY girlfriend. He’s cheated on the girl twice.

We’ve all tried to give him chances. It’s been 2 years of this fucking nonsense and I can’t take it anymore.

Coming from someone who stayed in multiple abusive relationships on every scale , until the person is ready to accept the reality and move on not much you can do.

In this case it definitely sounds like cutting contact with the guy is in everyone's best interest but don't be surprised if it's met with pushback. You can't save everyone regardless of how much we want to try.

Twitter has randomly started to recommend that I follow family members (including people I have no contact info for, which I guess makes sense since I have it set to not use my contacts). I was nearly disowned for burning my Facebook account (I feel like I can't overstate just how bad the fallout was from this), so I'm mildly freaking out about people finding my Twitter. I've locked it down to follower-only for now and told it to purge whatever contact info it might have somehow gotten, but I feel like it's only a matter of time before the requests start coming in. Add on top of that the fact that, because of this, I've discovered that my sister is an anime slashfic writer and now I just want a nice Draino-tini or ten.
