Woke up with a sore throat out of nowhere yesterday morning. Attributed it to maybe heartburn from whisky the night before or food. By last night couldn't swallow anything, water was hell to get down. And confirmed that I had white areas /streaks on my tonsils.
Had a phone appointment with doctor.
Woke up in a cold sweat overnight so on antibiotics for potential strep and off work a few days. Obviously have to test for COVID-19 again..third time in 2 months ( all previously negative based on potential work exposure). Not the way this year was supposed to start..

I've recently taken over as my Aunt's designated payee for her social security payments. Finally attached to her accounts, got the designated payee account set up and linked so I can easily transfer funds. Because of Covid delays and having to make an appointment with the bank though, I won't have the first direct deposit until february or march, so I'm having to deal with this bullshit US Direct Express debit card (managed by Comerica bank).

So far twice the transfer has failed. I got a hold of customer service on Saturday after sitting on hold for close to an hour, the same 20 second jazz music clip on infinite loop just to be told it's an issue with my Aunt's bank. Call them up today, and they are like nope, we don't even see an attempt at a transfer, and since you were entering in the account and routing number, we couldn't even reject it if we wanted to. So now I'm hold yet again with US Direct Express. I don't think there's enough liquor therapy in the world to get that stupid music clip out of my head.

Well, another student of mine (this one was in 9th grade last year, but was expelled) was shot dead in the head.

That's rough Ksandra sorry to hear.

Still sick and have had maybe 5 hours sleep total in last 48. Woke up today dizzy and lightheaded with worst heartburn or acid reflux of my life. Hasn't improved and feels like someone is pushing down on my chest with a hot iron and acid being poured down my throat.

I haven't eaten much outside a few bites of scrambled eggs and mac and cheese since Sunday and barely can take water down due to feeling like acid everytime I drink anything.

Ripped off a small chunk of my ass today. Was doing my usual jog when this truck was in the alley way (parked, blocking nearly the whole thing); I try not to have both of my feet on the ground at the same time from start to finish so i tried to slip between the fence fence and the truck and the fence had a screw or nail hanging off of it. Ripped my shirt, shorts, and a chunk of ass right off. My ass is actually swollen right now, lol

Who knows. I just mentioned it because when I told someone earlier that our previous 9th grade student was shot he was like "That's a weird way to phrase it. Why not just say 10th grader?" So I figured I'd clarity.

Semi relevant to the expulsion, kids keep messaging me to organize a vigil for him at school because we did it for the previous student, but I really don't think it'll happen based on my boss' response when I told her. Focused on the negative. And, I admit, I had a rough time with this kid, but a vigil wouldn't be for him, it's for the kids who knew him, many who grew up with him, and some are related.

There's an argument to be made, I guess, to not repeatedly honor kids who are involved in that type of world, but idk. Feels wrong.

You probably gonna need a tetanus shot and some antibiotics or your ass gonna go septic. Don’t die to an infected ass CS.

because what it'll be if you haven't had one recently is you're likely to die.

Tetanus typically takes 3-14 days to go systemic and then you die. If your butt starts getting weak or you get neck/jaw pain, you have to go to a doctor or you are going to die.

Aside from my vasectomy, last time I've seen a doctor for anything was my required physical to get into 9th grade, so 2002 or earlier

My stance is pretty neutral on my life. I won't go jump off a building, but there's also nothing I enjoy about my life enough to go out of my way to extend it, either. If it's my time, it's my time and if it's not, I'll live on.

Had an tooth abscess tooth throughout 2019, toothaches and earaches every night for months (which is something I hear can spread to your brain and kill you) and one day it just stopped hurting (Maybe the nerve died) and haven't had an issue since. There's a huge cavity, so I have to squish water around after I eat, so food doesn't stay stuck in there, but that's about it.

Pregnancy scare/don't want kids. My parents abandoned me when i was like 2; not only do I not blame them, I wonder what took them so long. I'd have done it much sooner than that. With that mindset, I decided to be responsible and be sterilized instead of abandoning a kid I don't want the same that was done to me

Did you really still have a 17 year old phone? Jesus. I'm not sure if I'm more impressed by the fact that you haven't broken it (despite it being a brick) or that it still works on a cell network.
