oh 100%
So guess whatever was going on was more than just a migraine yesterday though definitely that too that got a lot worse. In and out of literally fevered dreams. Sometimes freezing cold sometimes soaking with sweet last night. Damn never had something hit that hard and fast. But now I'm pretty much fine other than fuck you sunlight
these student loan spammers are so generous. every day I have one day left to respond until my requalification is cancelled, and the day after they always seem to have given me one more day.
lol *rolleyes*
Today has been busy with a lot of either pissed off people or something weird. On top of that I had to go home because my wife woke up with vertigo, crawled to the bathroom to puke, and couldn't even open her eyes to go downstairs to get her medicine. Cherry on top is my lazy as fuck coworker has had this guy in our office now for 40 fucking minutes talking about the mother fucking boy scouts while I do everything. I literally feel like I'm going to snap and tell this fuck you are in a business not talking business get the fuck out. Fuck.
When this would happen to me, I'd interrupt whoever was talking to give the lazy person in question work that needed to be done asap. I always get the weird eyes, and I always stare back daring them to say something lol. Thank God I left that business eons ago.

If I did this, this 44 year old would go to the boss and tell on me. Then I would get reprimanded. It's just not worth it in an office of 4, soon to be 3 (me, 44 yr old, and boss). I just had to vent. It will be better actually when it goes to 3 because I'll make more money.
My workplace got robbed last night. Punks only made off with like $50 in the petty cash box. Could have been much worse from a technical standpoint if they wanted to vandalize shit. Got ‘me on surveillance camera but I dunno how much it will help the police. What a shitty way to start Saturday.
I came here to post something similar. My car/workplace seemingly got cased by someone. They may not have cased and just been so fucking high that the weird shit they did was a-ok. They were starring at my car and building, laughing, smiling, seemingly talking to themselves (had a light hoodie on that was pulled up, coulda been blue tooth I guess) doing praise hands, lifting up their shirt and pointing at tats, kicking rocks on the ground, high step walking around the parking lot, etc. Shit was fucking weird. Called the cops but he didn't actually do anything beyond act weird, and was gone by time they came (even though they came fairly quick). We've got it on camera, but I can't release that to the cops without owner approval, and that'll come on Monday.
Worst part is the office I work in is in the back of the building with no presence up front. I lucked into witnessing him out front due to a co-worker going to the bathroom. Now, every 10~ minutes, I find myself going up front to see if he's come back.
More like a random complaint than a random fail. Why the hell do plumbers charge 200-300 dollars on top of what they are doing just to use a damn camera. Does that shit take that much to set up, like wtf is with that price just to stick a camera in the pipe. Even better is when I don't pay the price, it'll be "more of a guess to find and fix the actual problem" so they recommend me paying that extra hundreds just to use camera. Decades old houses with plumbing issues are terrible.
Equipment is very expensive. That equipment cost has to be covered by doing business. They take the lifespan of that item and figure out the average of how many jobs it will be used for then divide it up so each person covers a little bit of the cost of the equipment. It is the same thing that photographers do.
This is also the same reason why certain medical procedures cost so much that use really expensive specialized equipment. I am sure there are plenty of other examples of this.
I dunno but kind of in the same vein when I went for an eye exam a couple weeks ago the doc was like we can dilate your eyes and do a traditional exam and it’s covered by your insurance or if you want we can just take a picture of your eye with this super amazing high powered camera and then you don’t have to deal with the eye dilation bullshit, but the catch is it’s not covered by any insurance and you have to pay $30 out of pocket. I was like fuck it $30 to not have my eyes dilated AND have a better exam, sign me up homies.
I didn't have that option when I got my eyes checked a bit back, but did have to get dilated. For whatever reason, I don't ever remember having to get it done in the past and it made the whole process worse to the point I think my prescription is slightly off at times. So, yeah, I'd do the same, alongside probably going to a different place altogether.
So rent went up again. 2nd time this year
How does your rent go up twice? Don't you have a lease agreement?
I should jack up the price on this certain tenant. Most insufferable person I've had to dealt with. Section 8 tenants also tend to be very awful as well, and getting rid of them requires more effort than normally needed.
But the absolute worst human being ever was this land whale I've had a year ago who unsurprisingly had maybe 2-3 guys going in and out of the house any time. How did I know? I actually had to run by there for a few days to get evidence that she show neglect towards the house and her children, whom she adopted. God help those kids, as they can only grow up to be like her. Had to try so hard to hide my grin as the judge handed it in my favor. The house when I finally got it back was literally satan's own taint. Took a week straight to get rid of majority of trash and smell. Then another week to finally air enough of it out so that the house didn't require hazmat suits just to enter.
I feel bad for rental places that let these types rent sofa and stuff. Those are more or less worthless and better off in the dumps than back in their store.
