I am not a coffee drinker at all but my friend made me try nitro coldbrew the other day and it was amazing. Delicious, not bitter, and very refreshing. 10/10 would drink again.

Company that owns office buildings in major metropolitan cities and rents out to the office space to anyone/group/company to use as a work location. They have conference rooms and workstations. They market themselves as the “cool workplace” with a modern look and common areas with coffee houses, bars, rec rooms, napping areas etc. It honestly reminds me of a lot of the places you saw go poof in the early 2000s dot com bubble burst, right down to the bean bag chairs. But I think they figured out how to avoid that fate by essentially being like a workplace landlord to multiple groups rather than trying to be one company standing alone.

There's general "desk" areas that have tons of tables/long desks and plugs/freewifi

It's basically an airport lounge with conference rooms, better coffee, and douchier clientele.

I use the hot desk thing when I need to meet with people in Manhattan. Gives me a safe base to leave my shit so I don't have to schlept everything all over midtown to meetings. I'm drinking their rocket fuel fucking cold brew and it's amazeballs.

So for some reason one of vitamins I take the pills have been breaking apart. Same brand and everything I've used for awhile but if I take them out of the bottle they do that. Transferring them to another container it slows it down but just tested last night in open air and yeah it looks like paint peeling up already this morning. Assume it's combination of them not coating it properly and moisture but kind of lame

I swear I wonder how some people remember to breathe without constant reminders. We use a smartphone app for VPN access (basically a random number generator for passwords). Person gets set up, goes to download the app and can't remember what her apple id password is, for some reason thinks it's tied to her PC login (AD account) and asks me if I know her apple ID password or what her apple ID is. Add in earlier this week a director asking me to go about resetting her Apple ID password as she can't be bothered/too busy to do it and yeah, it's a wonder I don't drink.
