Haven't gotten around to eating it yet but should be fine since it's been in the fridge and is vacuum sealed and says it's good till December... and covered in mold. Where are you? Western New York? We're supposed to get snow tomorrow night in the Hudson Valley/NYC area, but only 2-6 inches or something.

EDIT: oh, 5-8 inches now where I live. It keeps going up.
