I had thought they'd fix their crap, but they did not, so I ended up calling them for a tech. (The water company fixed the broken pipe pretty fast, and even flushed the lines when I went out for a walk and a water company guy came by to survey the damage and I complained about (well, this happens) dirt in the water.)
I hope management royally reamed them for that though. Not to mention later, the poor customer service/tech person on the phone got major cussed out (He yelled at them for a good hour, he said) by my middle brother who works from home. So I wouldn't be surprised if that crew gets their heads handed to them for this stunt.
Also we live about 30 minutes east of Atlanta, GA just so you know. (Well, unless the traffic sucks, and it usually does.)
