So still on the hunter for my run in... found a last know address but someone else lives there now. Took a bit but got ahold of them. Seems like she moved in in December and they definitely remember the person but had no info. So guess gotta hire someone to find her... and still left wondering why this is on me to do
fortunately, i'm reasonably confident this is all stuff you can add onto your small claims claim.
In MI when I did small claims against a large corporation (who is now a shell of their former self) in 2015 I just wrote an amount I wanted. However, I was banking on it not going to court and settling for a lower amount which is exactly what happened.
Anyone actually had a small claims trial and can talk about how charges are laid out?
Indeed I already asked advisor here and they advised I could put in costs related like this as well as provided me with contacts for the people they use. It's just frustrating on how backwards it all seems and the number of people I've had to call around to get what info I do have on how to proceed... with wait times in between of course
How much do you think you'll get out of this and how likely do you think it is you'll ever find her
I ordered something from an online store and had it delivered to my husband’s work as per the usual. Get the notification from fedex last week it was delivered but since he was out sick he couldn’t check until the next day. Package was nowhere to be found for two days then turns out it was delivered to the wrong floor.
In the meantime I reached out to the store via social media to alert them I never got my delivery from FedEx as expected so they were going to send a replacement to my home address. In between finding the package and trying to let them know I got the original order yet a fedex notification was left for me last few days. Finally gets delivered today and it’s just some random accessories that I never got in the first place.
So now I’m glad I got my original order but wtf this is random.
Probably somewhere between none and the cost of repairs + costs involved in finding her. On my own? Doubtful since already failed. But small claims court sent me to the people they use and she literally just moved and is still in area a single mom etc so doubt it's that hard for those with the know how/resources.
Having a real hard time holding it together at work today. Two ativan .5mg (not sure how strong that is) and 2 droppers of 100mg cbd oil. Boss this week has been going apeshit because this other agent he has a boner for is beating us in sales. I ran down my game plan of what I'm doing and how that will help produce more (yesterday). Two hours later he's bitching about numbers again. I'm not going to start breaking the rules and writing junk like superstar who's leaving to get numbers. I feel like I have nowhere to go and nothing can be done. And I'm a popsicle in my office because these windows are shit and it was -10 or whatever and I'm just over it.
I have to pay taxes this year for the first time and it fucking blows. I reviewed my W2 and it looks like this year I paid in about $2k less on federal taxes than I did last year, despite not changing my status. Gonna have to talk to someone at corporate about it so this doesn’t happen again next year but it’s too late for this year. Lame.
so the guy I'm dating just said that he doesn't want to be with anyone else meanwhile I'm over here like "I really like him but I'm not sure he's the one" BECAUSE ITS BEEN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS
wut do lol
exclusivity aint a huge milestone dude.
i mean, you're allowed to feel what you feel but exclusivity is the standard mode for "in a relationship" status. whether he's the one or not isn't really what's at issue, it's whether he's a strong enough contender to be "boyfriend" material.
It is a bit fast, depending on how much time y'all have spent together. Doesn't necessarily mean he's crazy or a clinger though. There's not really an easy answer, I guess it depends on if you date a lot and going exclusive would mean a lot of missed connections for you
