Cooking propane company decided today to take something off the propane tank we have to stop our service. Turns out there were two unpaid bills that my wife buried under other junk mail and magazines that weren't paid. Fine, I get that.

It would have been nice to call me. I haven't spoken to these people more than one time when I called asking why I got a late charge on the first bill they ever sent me and they told me the delivery ticket is the invoice I should be paying. I told them I didn't have the delivery ticket and was told they leave it in a very obvious place and that I should have looked for it. I later found it stuffed into the top portion of the propane tank which is at the back of my house below the deck. I kept using them despite this BS just because I didn't want to deal with getting the tank swapped out. Had to send them a check in the mail each time because they have zero online presence, won't set up automatic payments, and the only other option was giving the rude lady on the other end my credit card information. Today was the breaking point. I don't even know when they deliver, I just get a bill a month later with a late charge on it. Called my heating oil guys and they're giving me $.40/unit cheaper and not charging me to pressure test my lines and hook up the new tank. Fuck you assholes. Come get your tank.

unrelated: one of my friends was found dead in his apartment today. we weren't close lately and I'm not super bummed about it, so don't worry about me. it's just... man. how unexpected. same age, no health issues, no drugs. shit can end at any time for no reason. I don't even know how to process this. I will never run into him randomly and exchange hugs, ever again

THE SHIT IS SUPPOSED TO AUTORUN AT 4:30 EVERY DAY BUT THIS SALLY SUCKING PISS LICKER CAN'T FUCKING DO IT EVER AND I GET 100 EMAILS ABOUT OUR PRODUCT ROLLING LATE. NO WONDER OUR ORIGINAL LIAISON LEFT FOR A FUCKING PE FIRM BECAUSE YOU DROVE HIM NUTS WITH YOUR DUMDUM OLD SCHOOL DATA LOGIC AND RIDICULOUS CODING ROUTINE.
