Except that when we're talking about US discrimination law, there is no alternate vision or middle ground where disparate impact claims are not a recognized legal standard.
The statistics I am citing are equally unopen to interpretation. You may disagree about how to approach the problem, and you may disagree about whether BLM is productive with regards to the problem. But you don't get to deny that the world is the way it is.
Hell if you're honest with yourself about being human scum, you may even disagree about the need to address the problem because you don't even think it's bad for non-whites to be treated differently as you view it as evidence that humanity should regress to agrarian tribes.
